1. Open Your Browser
On your computer or mobile device, open your preferred internet browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc. Chrome is recommended).
2. Visit the Swiss eHUB Platform
Type the URL of the Swiss eHUB platform () into the browser's address bar and press Enter.
3. Enter the Login Page
Upon opening, you will be directed to the Swiss eHUB login page, as shown in the image below.
4. Enter Login Information
On the login page, you need to enter the following information:
Partner Name: Enter the partner name in the first input box.
Username: Enter the username in the second input box.
Password: Enter the account password in the third input box.
5. Select Language (Optional)
If you need to switch languages, you can click the "Language/语言" button at the top right corner of the page and select the desired language from the drop-down menu.
6. Click Login
After entering all the necessary information, click the "Login" button.
7. Successful Login
Upon successful login, you will be directed to the Swiss eHUB homepage, where you can start using the platform's brand and product-related features.
Login Issue Resolution
If you encounter any problems during the login process, please refer to the following suggestions:
Forgot Password: Currently, the Swiss eHUB platform does not provide a direct "Forgot Password" link. Please contact your BMCO project manager and the Swiss eHUB customer support team for assistance.
Account Lock: If your account is locked due to multiple incorrect attempts, please contact your BMCO project manager and the Swiss eHUB customer support team to unlock your account.
