Payment of Royalty

The "Royalty Payment" feature page allows partners to view and manage royalty payment information. This feature helps partners track the status and progress of each royalty payment.

1. Page Layout

The "Royalty Payment" page is primarily divided into the following sections:

  • Search and Filter Bar:

    • Order Number: Enter the order number in the input box to search.

    • Payment Number: Enter the payment number in the input box to search.

    • Status Selection: Filter by selecting the payment status from the dropdown menu.

    • Result Selection: Filter by selecting the payment result from the dropdown menu.

    • Submission Time Filter: Filter by selecting the submission time range using the date picker.

    • Search Button: Click the "Search" button to query based on the input criteria.

    • Reset Button: Click the "Reset" button to clear all search and filter criteria and display all payment information.

    • Add New Royalty Payment Confirmation Button: Click this button to add a new payment confirmation record.

  • Payment List:

    • Payment Number: Displays the unique payment number.

    • Current Approval Task: Shows the current approval task for the payment, such as "BMCO Finance Payment Review."

    • Status: Displays the current status of the payment, such as "In Progress/Processing."

    • Result: Displays the outcome of the payment processing, such as "Processing."

    • Submission Time: Displays the submission time of the payment record.

    • Result Time: Displays the time when the payment result was recorded.

    • Actions:

      • Details: Click the "Details" link to view the detailed information of the payment record.

      • Cancel: Click the "Cancel" link to cancel the payment record (Note: The cancellation action may require confirmation).

2. Viewing and Managing Royalty Payments

  • Search and Filter Payment Records

    • Enter Order or Payment Number: Enter the order number or payment number in the respective input box to search.

    • Select Payment Status and Result: Filter by selecting the appropriate options from the "Status" or "Result" dropdown menus.

    • Select Submission Time Range: Use the date picker to select the start and end range for the submission time.

    • Click Search: Click the "Search" button, and the system will display payment records that match the entered criteria.

    • Reset Filter Criteria: Click the "Reset" button to clear all filter criteria and display all payment records.

  • View Payment Details

    • Find the Payment Record in the Payment List: Locate the payment record to be viewed based on the payment number, status, result, etc.

    • Click the "Details" Link: Click the corresponding "Details" link to enter the payment details page and view detailed information about the payment.

  • Cancel a Payment Record

    • Find the Payment Record in the Payment List: Locate the payment record to be canceled based on the payment number, status, result, etc.

    • Click the "Cancel" Link: Click the corresponding "Cancel" link, and the system will prompt you to confirm the cancellation. After confirming, click the "Confirm" button to cancel the payment record.

  • Add a New Payment Confirmation Record

    • Click the "Add New Royalty Payment Confirmation" Button: In the upper right corner of the page, click the "Add New Royalty Payment Confirmation" button to enter the page for adding a new payment confirmation record.

    • Fill in the Payment Confirmation Information: Follow the system prompts to fill in the relevant payment confirmation information.

    • Submit the Payment Confirmation Record: After verifying that the information is correct, click the "Submit" button to save the payment confirmation record.

  • Regularly Check Payment Records: Partners should regularly log into the platform to check payment records, understand the status and progress of each payment, and ensure the smooth processing of payments.
