Welcome to Swiss eHUB! To help you quickly get started and fully utilize the platform's various features, we have prepared this quick start guide. Follow these steps to learn how to log into the platform, manage brands and products, handle orders, and perform financial management.
1. Logging into Swiss eHUB
Open your browser and visit the .
Enter your partner name, username, and password on the login page.
Click the “Login” button to enter the system.
If you forget your password, contact the Swiss eHUB customer support team for assistance.
2. Base Camp
The Base Camp is the main interface of Swiss eHUB where you can view all key business data and notifications:
After logging in, you will see the dashboard page, where you can view the number of authorized brands and products. More statistical charts and data will be available later.
The left navigation bar allows quick access to various functional modules.
The right side displays the latest business releases and system notifications to keep you updated on the latest platform developments.
3. Brand Licensing Center
Click “Brand Licensing Center” in the left navigation bar of the Swiss eHUB page.
You will see a list of all registered brands.
Click the “Brand Library” button of a specific brand to enter the detailed information page of that brand.
In the brand library page, you can view and manage relevant documents and information of the brand.
4. Categories
Select “Categories” in the left navigation bar of the Swiss eHUB page.
On the category management page, you can view and edit different product categories.
Click on a category name to expand and view detailed information.
5. Licensed Products & Approval
Select “Licensed Products & Approval” in the left navigation bar of the Swiss eHUB page.
On the product management page, you can see a list of all products.
6. Marketing Approval
Select “Marketing Approval” in the left navigation bar of the Swiss eHUB page.
On the marketing management page, you can plan and manage marketing activities.
