Order Details
The "Order Details" page allows users to view all the details of an order and perform related actions. Below is a detailed introduction to this page and a guide on how to use it.
1. Page Layout
The "Order Details" page is mainly divided into the following sections:
Basic Order Information:
(Dealer and Manufacturer) Purchase Order Number: The order number generated from the transaction between the dealer and the manufacturer.
(Dealer and Manufacturer) Original Order Document: The order document generated from the transaction between the dealer and the manufacturer, supporting image and PDF format uploads.
Dealer Company: Enter the dealer's company name, which defaults to the dealer company associated with the logged-in account.
Dealer Company Address: Enter the dealer's company address, which defaults to the dealer company address associated with the logged-in account.
Dealer Company Tax Number: Enter the dealer's company tax number, which defaults to the dealer company tax number associated with the logged-in account.
Dealer Bank Account: Enter the dealer's company bank account, which defaults to the dealer company bank account associated with the logged-in account.
Dealer Purchase Contact: Enter the name of the dealer's purchase contact.
Dealer Purchase Contact Phone: Enter the phone number of the dealer's purchase contact.
Dealer Purchase Contact Email: Enter the email address of the dealer's purchase contact.
Dealer Shipping Address: Enter the dealer's shipping address for the order.
Manufacturer Company: Enter the manufacturer's company name, which can be selected from the manufacturers managed by the dealer.
Manufacturer Company Address: Enter the manufacturer's company address, which can be selected from the manufacturers managed by the dealer.
Manufacturer Purchase Contact: Enter the name of the manufacturer's purchase contact.
Manufacturer Purchase Contact Phone: Enter the phone number of the manufacturer's purchase contact.
Manufacturer Purchase Contact Email: Enter the email address of the manufacturer's purchase contact.
Order Date: Select the date the order was created. (Note: For the logic in 202408, the deduction of the quarterly equity fund is based on this date.)
Planned Start Date: Select the planned delivery date for this order.
Planned End Date: Select the planned end date for this order.
Currency: Select the currency type for the order (e.g., CNY, which is also related to the exchange rate calculations).
Payment Terms: Enter the payment terms for this order (or within this framework agreement).
Other information such as BMCO.
Product Information:
SPU: Displays the Standard Product Unit code (SPU), e.g., "TEST-SPU-01".
SKU: Displays the Stock Keeping Unit code (SKU), e.g., "SMD/ODC/TEST-SPU-01".
MFR S/N: Displays the Manufacturer Serial Number (MFR S/N), e.g., "TEST-MFR-001".
Quantity: Displays the quantity of the product, e.g., "100000".
Unit: Displays the unit of the product, e.g., "sets".
Product Name: Displays the name of the product, e.g., "Test Product No. 01".
Description: Displays the description of the product.
Delivery Date: Displays the delivery date of the product, e.g., "2024-05-31".
Purchase Price (Tax Included): Displays the purchase price of the product (including tax), e.g., "1,111.11".
Allocated Unit Price: The system automatically calculates and displays the allocated unit price.
Subtotal: The system automatically calculates and displays the product's subtotal amount.
Actions:
Preview: Click the "Preview" button to view the Product Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) documents.
Approval Records:
Displays the order approval process and records, including tasks, approvers, creation time, and status.

2. Viewing Order Details
Basic Order Information: At the top of the Order Details page, you can view basic order information, including order number, customer company, shipping address, billing address, etc.
Product Information: In the Product Information section, you can view detailed information about the products included in the order, including SPU, SKU, quantity, unit price, and subtotal.
Approval Records: In the Approval Records section, you can view the order's approval process and the approval records for each stage.
3. User Guide
Preview Documents:
Click the "Preview" button to view the relevant Product Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) documents.
The system will open a new window or popup displaying the preview of the selected order documents.
Return to Order Management:
After viewing the order details, you can click the "Return" button at the top or bottom of the page to go back to the Order Management page and continue with other operations.
Usage Tips
Ensure Accuracy:
When viewing order details, verify that all information is accurate, especially key fields like product quantity, price, and delivery dates.
Track Approval Status:
Use the Approval Records section to track the order's approval status, ensuring that the order passes through all levels of approval in a timely manner.
Preview Order Documents:
Use the "Preview" function to view the Product Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) documents, ensuring that the content of the order documents is accurate.
The "Order Details" page provides users with a centralized interface to view detailed order information and perform related actions, helping users efficiently manage and utilize order data.
