Order Management
The "Order Management" page allows users to manage and view all order information on the platform. Below is a detailed introduction and operation guide for this page.
1. Page Layout
The "Order Management" page is mainly divided into the following sections:
Search and Filter Bar:
Order Number Search: Enter the order number in the input box to search for orders.
Status Selection: Use the dropdown menu to filter orders by their status.
Result Selection: Use the dropdown menu to filter orders by their result.
Creation Time Filter: Use the date picker to filter orders by the creation time range.
Search Button: Click the "Search" button to search for orders based on the criteria.
Reset Button: Click the "Reset" button to clear all search and filter criteria.
New Order Request Button: Click the "New Order Request" button to create a new order.
Order List:
Order Number: Displays the order number, e.g., "T01-17169727290386."
Current Approval Task: Shows the current approval task for the order, e.g., "BMCO Order Approval."
Status: Displays the current status of the order, e.g., "Processing."
Result: Displays the outcome of the order, e.g., "Processing."
Creation Time: Shows the creation time of the order, e.g., "2024-05-30 14:06:37."
Submission Time: Displays the submission time of the order, e.g., "2024-05-30 14:06:42."
Result Time: Displays the time when the order result was recorded.
Actions:
Details: Click the "Details" link to view detailed information about the order.
Cancel: Click the "Cancel" link to cancel the order (Note: Cancellation may require confirmation).
2. Search and Filter Orders
Search Orders
Enter the order number in the "Order Number Search" input box and click the "Search" button to search for orders.
The system will display matching order information based on the entered order number.
Filter Orders
Status Filter: Select the order status from the "Status" dropdown menu to filter orders (e.g., "Processing").
Result Filter: Select the order result from the "Result" dropdown menu to filter orders (e.g., "Processing").
Creation Time Filter: Use the date picker to select a creation time range for filtering orders.
Click the "Search" button to apply the filter criteria, and the system will display orders that meet the conditions.
Reset Filter Criteria
Click the "Reset" button to clear all search and filter criteria.
The system will display all order information.
3. Order Operations
View Order Details
Find the order you want to view in the order list and click the "Details" link to go to the order details page.
On the order details page, you can view all detailed information about the order, including basic order information, product information, approval status, and operation records.
Cancel an Order
Find the order you want to cancel in the order list and click the "Cancel" link.
The system will prompt you to confirm the cancellation. If confirmed, click the "Confirm" button to cancel the order.
