SPU Management
1. Add New Product (i.e., Add New SPU)
After clicking the "Add New" button, a window for adding a new product will pop up, as shown in the example. Below are the detailed steps for adding a new product:
Basic Information:
SPU: Enter the Standard Product Unit code (SPU) for the product, such as "TEST-SPU-01."
SKU: Click the "+ SKU" button to add the Stock Keeping Unit code (SKU) for the product. For example, enter "SKU1." After input, this will be displayed as "M/S/0032/TEST-SKU01/SKU1" in the "Order Management" page.
Product Name: Enter the product name, such as "01 Test Product."
Product Image: Click the "+" button to upload a product image. Choose an appropriate image file. Currently, the supported formats are PNG, JPG, and EJPG. PDF files will be supported in the future.
Brand and Category:
Brand: Select the brand associated with the product from the dropdown menu, such as "Swiss Military."
Primary Category: Select the primary category of the product from the dropdown menu, such as "Outdoor Camping."
Secondary Category: Select the secondary category of the product from the dropdown menu, such as "Tents."
Tertiary Category: Select the tertiary category of the product from the dropdown menu, such as "Camping Gear."
Sales Channel:
Sales Channel: Enter the sales channel information for the product, such as "Offline Store/Tmall/JD/Amazon/Multiple Channels."
Attachment Upload:
Specification Sheet: Click the "Select File" button to upload the product's specification sheet and choose the appropriate file.
Quality Certification: Click the "Select File" button to upload the product's quality certification and choose the appropriate file.
Test Report: Click the "Select File" button to upload the product's qualification documents and choose the appropriate file.
Design Draft: Click the "Select File" button to upload the product's design draft and choose the appropriate file.
Description Information:
Description: Enter the detailed description of the product in the text box, such as "This is the 01 test product, used for submission as an example."
Save:
After ensuring all the information is correct, click the "Save" button to save the newly added product information.
The example screenshot demonstrates a fully completed add new product window. Users can refer to this example to fill in all necessary information, ensure all required fields are completed, attachments are successfully uploaded, and the description is accurate and detailed.
