New Customers
1. Feature Overview
The "Add New Customer" function is used to add new customer information on the Swiss eHUB platform, including basic details, address information, etc., to facilitate future management and queries.
2. Interface Description
Company Name: Enter the full name of the customer. This is a required field.
Company Abbreviation: Enter a short name for the customer to enable quick identification.
Company Code: Assign a unique identification code to the customer for internal management use.
Customer Type: Select the type of customer, such as wholesaler or retailer.
Main Business: Enter the main business of the customer, with a maximum of 30 characters.
Company Overview: Briefly describe the customer’s business or characteristics.
Company Logo: Upload the corresponding company logo for visual identification.
Address Information:
Country: Enter the country where the customer is located.
Province: Enter the province where the customer is located.
City: Enter the city where the customer is located.
Street: Enter the detailed address of the customer.
Postal Code: Enter the postal code of the customer.
3. Functional Operation Steps
3.1 Add New Customer
Enter Basic Information:
Enter the customer's full name in the "Company Name" field (required).
Enter the "Company Abbreviation" and "Company Code."
Select "Customer Type" from the dropdown menu.
Enter the relevant information in the "Main Business" field (up to 30 characters).
Briefly describe the customer’s business in the "Company Overview" field.
Upload Company Logo:
Click the "Select File" button to choose the appropriate company logo file from your local system.
Fill in Address Information:
Enter the customer's country in the "Country" field.
Enter the relevant information for "Province," "City," "Street," and "Postal Code."
Save Customer Information:
After confirming that all information is correctly filled in, click the "Save" button to save the new customer information.
3.2 Cancel Addition
If you decide not to add the customer, you can click the "Close" button in the upper right corner of the window to cancel the current operation.
4. Precautions
Ensure all required fields are completed to avoid errors during saving.
The uploaded company logo file should meet the system's requirements (format and size).
